By accessing or purchasing from The Life Guard, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ordering Products

• Journals are fulfilled through Printify, with separate shipping timelines (2–5 business days processing, 5–10 business days shipping).

• Oils are handcrafted and made-to-order (5–7 business days processing, 7–14 business days shipping).

• If you order both, items may arrive in separate shipments.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment must be completed at checkout via our accepted methods (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

3. Cancellations & Returns

• Journals: Orders cannot be canceled once submitted to Printify. Damaged/defective items may be replaced if reported within 7 days.

• Oils: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. All sales are final after production. Damaged oils must be reported within 5 days.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times vary depending on product type and location.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Life Guard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase or use of our products.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, and branding on this website are property of The Life Guard and may not be copied without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
