The Journey

Hello to my family, and to my family—hello!

It’s The Life Guard, and I’m thrilled to help bring you back to life.

My journey of awakening began in 2018, during a semester of Philosophy and Biology II that dissected and uncovered who & what The Most High is—and in return who I was. A few months later on September 30, I got baptized and became a soldier in the army of the Lord.

Since the age of 10, I silently battled depression, and anxiety had been with me since 1st grade. In the summer of 2019, I voluntarily checked into a mental behavioral hospital, where I was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, and cyclothymia. That decision was a turning point. Therapy became the best investment I could make for my healing and I was placed on mood stabilizers and anti-psychotics. The medicine helped, but it was still masking the root of my problems; numbed the pain, agonizing thoughts, and me– the woman I was called to be. I wanted to heal! 

So, I surrendered it all to Yahweh and asked the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) to guide me toward the healing I truly needed.

By 2022, I completed my therapy journey, let go of pharmaceutical medications, and began walking a new path: one of holistic wellness, love, and healing. Today, I’m thriving and living out the call I was trained and destined to answer.

So, you see, I too, was once lost, confused, and trapped in my own mind, but with Yahweh’s grace, favor, and mercy over my life and divine direction from the Holy Spirit– I was freed! I’m out of my mind and I never want to go back there. 

Now, I’m here to walk alongside you to support your journey in Christ and to offer healing products, love, and wellness tools that help renew your mind and free you from the patterns of this world. Together, we create a better, fuller, freer you.

As we begin this journey together, I encourage you to:  Love on yourself 10x more, remind someone they are cared for, and speak life over our Earth—your words hold power! We are one people that makes the world go ‘round!
