Journals are printed and shipped through our third-party partner, Printify.

• Processing: 2–5 business days

• Shipping: 5–10 business days (varies by location)

• Tracking will be emailed once shipped.

Healing oils are handcrafted to order.

• Processing: 5–7 business days

• Delivery: 7–14 business days total

• You’ll receive confirmation and tracking number when shipped.

Note: If you order a journal and oil together, they will ship separately.

• All sales final unless item arrives damaged or defective.

• If damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos + order number.

• We’ll coordinate with Printify for a replacement if eligible.

• Oils are handcrafted and made-to-order, therefore all sales are final.

• If damaged or leaked in transit, notify us within 5 days of delivery with photos— a replacement may be issued.

• Journals: Orders are directlly submitted to Printify once purchased. Changes/cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please double-check your order before purchase.

• Oils: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. After that, production begins and cancellations are not possible.
